How to Register a Coach Purse

A new, fashionable Coach purse is an investment in luxury. After you buy your purse, certify its authenticity by registering it online at the Coach website. Once you're registered, if your purse needs repairs, Coach will repair it at a reasonable cost. You'll also receive the latest catalog in the mail. To register a new purse, all you have to do is visit the Coach website and register using the code sewn inside your purse.

Instructions

Open your the purse and find the label inside. Look for the registration code stamped on a large leather tag. This code will consist of letters and numbers. Write it down on a piece of paper.

Go to the Coach website. Sign up for a Coach online account, using your email address and a password. Once you have an account, go to the website and click on "Customer Service." Follow instructions for registering your purse. When prompted, input the serial number written inside your purse.

Mail your purse in to Coach headquarters if it needs repairs. Coach will repair purses within seven years of purchase, considered to be the natural lifespan of its bags. Repairs are $20 plus shipping costs.
