A popular maker of designer purses, Dooney & Bourke offers accessories ranging from conservative black to colorfully patterned. Its leather purses need to be reconditioned to stay clean and in good shape. Once you take the time to recondition your purse, any small cracks or scratches will no longer be noticeable.
Instructions

Make sure you can recondition your purse. The best way to do this is by consulting the company's website. Conditioners cannot be applied to some purses.
2Wet a cloth and wipe down the purse to remove loose dirt and debris. Dry it with another clean and soft cloth.
3Add a dab of leather conditioner to another clean cloth. Test the conditioner in an inconspicuous spot to ensure that it does not cause discoloration.
4Apply the conditioner to the purse by rubbing it in small circles. Continue to apply conditioner in this fashion until all the leather is covered.
5Place the purse in a dry and cool location. Leave it there for at least six hours to allow the conditioner to absorb into the purse. Use a clean and soft cloth to remove excess conditioner. Buff the purse in small circular motions.
