How to Register Coach Pocketbooks

Instructions

Locate the Coach serial number on your new pocketbook. The serial number is typically located on the leather patch (referred to as the Coach creed) inside the purse, sewn on the lining. The serial number consists of a series of letters and numbers with a hyphen in the middle. A few Coach pocketbooks have the creed and serial number on the exterior of the bag.

Have the number handy when you talk to a representative.

Write the serial number of your Coach pocketbook on a piece of paper so you have it handy when registering your pocketbook.

Coach customer service will help you register your pocketbook.

Call Coach Customer Service at 888-262-6224. Follow the menu instructions to speak to a customer service representative.

Provide the Coach customer service representative with the necessary information. This will include your full name, address with zip code, phone number and the serial number on your new Coach pocketbook.
