How to Wear Tube Socks

Instructions

Slide your foot into the sock so the toe seam lines up with the tips of your toes. The sock should feel comfortable yet snug against the ball of your foot.

Pull the sock around your heel, and make sure to adjust the heel indention on your heel. There should be no wrinkles between your heel and the ball of your foot.

Grasp both sides of the sock and pull upward as far as it will reach. Depending on the length of your calf, the sock may reach to your knee or just below. Adjust the sock so the lines and designs on the sock fall where you want them.

Wear tube socks over shin guards for football, rugby and hockey. The socks will help hold the guards in place and will provide additional protection.

Coordinate tube socks with uniforms for other types of sports. Skaters, basketball players, tennis players and cheerleaders wear tube socks to show team spirit and to stand out when playing. Tube socks can be customized to reflect the team colors, or they can be imprinted with the team name or logo.

Style tube socks as a fashion trend by wearing them with a short dress or skirt in lieu of tights or leggings.
