How to Set an Asics QA4349003 Watch

The Asics QA4349003 Active Running Sport watch is a digital, chronograph watch with a rubber band and a resin bezel. The watch features a backlight and is water resistant to 50 meters and can be purchased at many sports equipment and department stores. Setting and operating the Asics Active Sports Running watch is fairly simple, and the watch should function well for a long time with basic care and maintenance.

Instructions

Press the button on the top right-hand side of the watch and hold for 5 seconds until the hours flash.

Gently turn the small wheel in the middle of the right-hand side of the watch until the correct hour is displayed. Press the button on the bottom right-hand side of the watch to confirm the time.

Press the button on the top right-hand side of the watch and hold for 3 seconds until the minutes flash. Gently turn the small wheel in the middle of the right-hand side of the watch until the correct minutes are displayed. Press the button on the bottom right-hand side of the watch to confirm.

Repeat step 3 to set the year, month, date and day settings.

Press the button on the watch face with the Asics logo to start the chronograph stopwatch. Press the button on the top right-hand side of the watch to stop the stopwatch.

Press the Asics button on the watch face to memorize a lap time once the chronograph has been started. Perform a split time by pressing the button on the bottom right-hand side of the watch. Press the button on the top right-hand side of the watch to return to the timekeeping mode.
